qBittorrent is a free and open source Bittorrent client. It supports LInux, UNIX and Microsoft Windows. qBittorrent has just announced a new release which is considered a major release since it comes with many bug fixes, several user interface improvements and some new features.
qBittorrent 4.1.0 introduces some new features such as smart filtering for RSS feeds. Additional speed configuration for torrent download when it reach a certain low speed. Ability to keep the current order of files when creating new torrent. WebAPI v2 for qBittorrent is currently supported and it received several user interface enhancements and options to improve user experience for remote control access to qBittorrent.
qBittorrent 4.1.0 has receieved several bug fixes for several issues speed limiting, loading large torrents, applications crashes caused by iterator usage, renaming completed download files and more.

How To install qBittorrent 4.1.0 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver) using PPA

sudo apt-get install qbittorrent
The repository currently includes the latest release qBittorrent 4.1.0 for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver), Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS (Xenial Xerus) and Ubuntu 17.10.1 (Artful Aardvark).
