KUbuntu recently added a new upgrade for KDE 4.7 for 11.04 distributions using PPA.
Upgrade KDE 4.7 In Ubuntu and Kubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal
Run Terminal
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
Also there’s an experimental PPA with for KDE PIM 4.7 still under development if you are interested in using it you can upgrade to it as well, then you can add your feedback about it Here.
