MAC OS X Lion introducing new scrolling improvement simulate same scrolling gestures in touch screen devices. it’s now available to use on Ubuntu.
By default when you scroll in Ubuntu downward the content of the page moves upward and vice versa. If you imagined that you are using your mouse or your touchpad as same as a touch screen to scroll the page content that will be the natural scrolling because when you scroll downward the page content moves downward as well and vice versa.
To install Natural Scrolling in different Linux Distributions Download the package from github “cemmanouilidis“ Here, then run setup.py file it will require some package dependencies you have to install first.
To install directly in Ubuntu Here’s a .deb package includes required dependencies. Thanks to Ferramosca Roberto.
Run Natural scrolling Alt+F2 to then type naturalscrolling.
