Main Enhancement and what’s New for Fedora 13

Waiting for Fedora 13 is over now it’s available to download with a lot of new features and many enhancement and extra packages installed for it, showing the main new things with this release.

1. Printer drivers improvement

Automatically recognize printers plugged in with RPM package offering driver installation for compatible driver for your printer.

2. Network Manager

From now you are not have to be connected using weired or wireless connections, supporting Mobile Broadband, Bluetooth communicate, and command line, connecting to internet becoming easier and easier with these new supported ways to connect.

3. Colors Management

New for quite easy modifying for colors for your printout for your display, scanner, and printers. with gnome color manager, that’s always helpful to improve your output quality.

4. IPod, IPhone enhancement

supporting IPod, IPhone music libraries and photos management and taking control of them using applications like Rhythmbox, automatically identifying attached devices and auto syncing for it.

5. Disk buffering in Gstreamer and better performance for Totem

Totem player now able to play bigger multimedia file for HD movies with a really good buffer with any lagging time and disk buffer playing a big roll there for gstreamer.

6. Nouveau opensource driver for Nvidia cards

supporting 3d accelerations and 2d for Nvidia cards with Nouveau opensource driver.

7. Social media application Pino

Twitter and ideni.ca client support even adding more clients usin API.
