Installing Elementary theme and Elementary icons along with nautilus elementary using Elementary Desktop PPA in Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal, also works in Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat.
Elementary Theme looks really good with many bright or dark wallpapers. After installing Elementary theme, panel in Unity desktop seems to be Gray color, but with classic gnome desktop it looks dark as same as drop down menus…!! also the seems to have a problem with status bar in nautilus elementary.
Installing Elementary Theme in Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:elementaryart/elementarydesktop/ubuntu
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install elementary-theme
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install elementary-theme
If you want to install the default elementary theme icons as well
sudo apt-get install elementary-icon-theme
If you don’t have Nautilus Elementary installed follow instructions Here.
or install it using same PPA used for installing elementary theme and type

Elementary Theme works natively fine in Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick, but it still have few bugs with Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal
Enjoy it.
