Choqok is a free and open-source micro-blogging client for KDE desktop environment. It supports Twitter, Identi.ca social network services and opendesktop.org services. Choqok 1.3 has been released, it brings some new changes to the user interface and new features. Check the changelog and installation instructions for Ubuntu users down below.
A new configurable Toolbar on the top, it includes Three buttons to add quick post, update timelines and upload medium to many image hosting websites. Right click on the Toolbar to reconfigure it.
Every time you search for anything or click on any word with #Hashtag it will display an icon with the first Four characters.
Ability to upload images to Twitter servers directly from Choqok by clicking on the attachment icon beside the tweet box.
