After installing Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat i had to change icons, i usually use dark themes to make my display have a dimming effect a little bit. so i start looking for many icons on deviantart and gnome look i found a lot of icons out there, also I found a cool one originally for windowblinds and packed by naf1971. to be honest this is one of the best dark icons i have ever seen.
